    That reminds me of the Darkspear Shroud we got from the Echo Isles, you know the one we were supposed to be able to wear *over* a cloak. Whatever happened to that? If that can be made to happen then why not Top Hat and Goggles together indeed!!

    I absolutely 1000% agree with you. GOOGLES + TOP HAT NOW! (Even better if we could have the option for the awesome little mini cocked-to-the-side top hat that the female npcs wear!)
