Hm, I only heal with lifebloom (with some nourish and wild growth for good measure). I keep a stack on the tank the entire instance and this makes healing more relaxing than being tank or dps.

I know the focus of the picture's on the tree, but I'm still going *squeebloodelfsquee!* :D

It's funny how Druid does seem to be a popular second class for Hunters--maybe it's because they can fill all four of the roles (tank, melee, caster, healer) that Hunters can't? Whatever the reason, I have known a bunch of Hunters with Druids that they play almost as frequently... I have a baby Druid too (I love new tauren bearform so much!), but with my Shaman and Warrior as well I dunno if it counts. =P

At least with a feral Druid, it's fun to be amazing at soloing but in a totally different way than my Hunter. My little Tauren is pretty much unkillable, he can solo elites four levels higher than him. Questing goes a bit slower than on my Hunter, but being able to go bearform and tank is totally worth it.

((I used my usual andgle-bracket smiley faces and my post didn't work...I think I ran up against my old enemy, the spam filter, again. So, normal smilies this time. :p))

I am also a hunter/druid person, even though I really want to experience all of the classes (only got shaman, paladin, and dk left to lvl). So I do branch out my favorites will always be hunter and druid by far.

I can't agree more about burning out on raids! I really started out raiding somewhat seriously with Naxx, and that got old really fast. Since then I have gotten in enough Ulduar pugs to play through up to Yogg. Still no ToC 10 or 25 yet. Ulduar pugs are *usually* better, naxx 25 pugs fall apart almost every other time, sad. VoA pugs are pretty rough as well. Even with one guild that is a good guild and we one shot most bosses in the limited raiding time they have each night. I usually only attend one night a week, rarely two. It makes raids more fun when you only go once or twice a week to really appreciate the content. Anyway, that's my long spiel about raid burnout ^_^

Sheesh! I also agree about Outlands instances too! I had just barely started playing when TBC was about all patched up. The underbog is beautiful, and I want all the bosses as pets, lol. Blood furnace is just a fun time of stacking piles and piles of dead orcs. I still have yet to check out the Tempest Keep! Can't to do that sometime.

As far as resto druids, ya Wild Growth is great. I really love what I've got right now on mine - Idol of Awakening. Makes your Rejuv's cost less than 400 mana, so I spam that and wild growth and you're pretty much good to go. Everyone's always ready for a swiftmend!

Well, hopefully you get to see some ToC 10! I know I'd love to at least check it out.

It's nice how many hunters would choose druid as their alt. I myself have an 80 bear/cat/tree geared to the teeth. Maybe it's because we hunters are often curious about life as a pet?

P.S. Perl > UNIX shell programming. Nerf work.

RAF is insane. I leveled a couple characters that way too. Your gear can't keep up. Luckily Outlands makes that all go away. It's a gearfest there!

I have a druid that moonlights as resto but I'll be damned if I can get it right. I always wanted to be one of those cool, competent healers, but it eludes me. Someday, maybe.

I thought playing your druid is a way to branch out from the hunter world. I'm starting to try to level a baby druid myself, but w/o recruit a friend :(. I'll get him leveled some day.

Wild growth is ... If its not on cooldown.. WHY THE HELL NOT?! i've been known to heal entire heroics with only wild growth and a lifebloom or two during boss fights.

I do use lifebloom a lot. mostly when I need to do something a bit insane, like heal through final boss HoL Heroic with people who are undergeared. 3 stacks of lifebloom on everyone :D

I only use nourish when I need to though, usually when I have a tank taking silly damage, full lifebloom stack, wild growth, rejuv, and still needing more
I don't think i've touched regrowth more than a dozen times since I hit 80 though, only when I want an extra hot up for my nourish glyph and I know I have time to put it up before a spike

That is one thing I like about healing though, can do it in very different ways, and as long as we get the result we try for, its all good :D

Don't forget, RAF gives you the ability to do a 2-for-1 on leveling.... For every 2 levels the RAF gets you can give 1 level to a toon on the other acct (up to level 60)

Warlock and Paladin is an awesome leveling combo. When I was a tiny locklet, my pally friend would tank mobs and heal himself while I DPS'd, or sometimes I would VW tank/DPS and he would heal. Enjoy!
